Mint Yoghurt
Ingredients:

Half a bunch of mint leaves

3 cups yoghurt
Method:

Wash the mint leaves and remove the stems. Chop the mint leaves finely and mix into the yoghurt.

I used homemade yoghurt, but any plain yoghurt is fine. I recommend plain Greek yoghurt. I used 3 cups of yoghurt which is 750mls.
