Mint Yoghurt

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

  • Half a bunch of mint leaves

  • 3 cups yoghurt

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method:

 

  • Wash the mint leaves and remove the stems. Chop the mint leaves finely and mix into the yoghurt.

  • I used homemade yoghurt, but any plain yoghurt is fine. I recommend plain Greek yoghurt. I used 3 cups of yoghurt which is 750mls.
