Lebanese Bread Pizza

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lebanese flat bred

  • 2 tablespoons passata sauce

  • 1 tsp. oregano

  • Pinch of chili

  • ½ glove garlic

  • 1 small red onion

  • danish feta, to taste

  • 7 kalamata olives

  • ½ cup shredded cheese

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 160°C.

  • Peel the onion and thinly slice.

  • Peel the garlic and dice.

  • Place the lebanese bread in a pizza tray or on some foil.

  • Spread the passata sauce over the the bread and sprinkle the oregano over the sauce.

  • Sprinkle half the chese over the base.

  • Top with the onions, feta and olive.

  • Sprinkle the chili and garlic over the toppings.

  • Top the pizza with the remaining cheese and cook in the oven until cheese is golden/brown.
