Lebanese Bread Pizza
Ingredients:
-
1 lebanese flat bred
-
2 tablespoons passata sauce
-
1 tsp. oregano
-
Pinch of chili
-
½ glove garlic
-
1 small red onion
-
danish feta, to taste
-
7 kalamata olives
-
½ cup shredded cheese
Method:
-
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
-
Peel the onion and thinly slice.
-
Peel the garlic and dice.
-
Place the lebanese bread in a pizza tray or on some foil.
-
Spread the passata sauce over the the bread and sprinkle the oregano over the sauce.
-
Sprinkle half the chese over the base.
-
Top with the onions, feta and olive.
-
Sprinkle the chili and garlic over the toppings.
-
Top the pizza with the remaining cheese and cook in the oven until cheese is golden/brown.
