Greek Salad
Ingredients:

1 lebanese cucumber
-
handful of black olives
-
1 medium tomato
-
half of a medium red onion, peeled
-
60g danish feta
Method:
-
Wash the cucumber, tomato and onion.

Cut the cucumber into small cubes.

Cut the tomato into small quarters.
-
Thinly slice the red onion and cut the slices in half
-
Cut the feta in small cubes
-
Layer the cucumber, tomato, onion, olives and feta in a bowl and serve.
Greek Salad...what can I say! I love it! It's my everyday salad, that's how much I love it! I eat it with every mediterranean dish I make, summer or winter. Sometimes the cucumbers are peeled, sometimes they're not. Love!
