Greek Salad

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lebanese cucumber

  • handful of black olives

  • 1 medium tomato

  • half of a medium red onion, peeled

  • 60g danish feta

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method:

  1. Wash the cucumber, tomato and onion.

  2. Cut the cucumber into small cubes.

  3. Cut the tomato into small quarters.

  4. Thinly slice the red onion and cut the slices in half

  5. Cut the feta in small cubes

  6. Layer the cucumber, tomato, onion, olives and feta in a bowl and serve.


 

Greek Salad...what can I say! I love it! It's my everyday salad, that's how much I love it! I eat it with every mediterranean dish I make, summer or winter. Sometimes the cucumbers are peeled, sometimes they're not. Love!
